Union minister of state for Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju would be gracing the North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Dimapur, “Maati Ke Rang” festival the first of its kind in the North East Region, Tuesday here at Dimapur.
With the ongoing political crisis in the state, caused by dissidence within the ruling NPF, speculations were rife, that the MoS may discuss the situation with state leaders and BJP members. However, putting such speculations at rest, additional PS to MoS, Sonam Gechen Agola told Nagaland Post that the minister would only be attending the programme and would not hold any political meetings since his visit was purely for the NEZCC programme.
