Dimapur Police personnel apprehended one person on charges of illegal collecting of Rs.20 each from the vegetable vendors on daily basis at Rail Bazaar area in the name of FGN January 6 at around 6 p.m.
According to Dimapur police PRO, the accused has been identified as one Pavito Sema (18), son of Zheketo Sema, Khekiye village, PO/PS- Aqhanato, Zunheboto district, residing at Super Market, Dimapur. PRO said Rs.80 was seized from his possession and a case has been registered with sub-urban police station for further investigation.
