Faith Theological Seminary observed its 17th Convocation on June 2, 2025, where 31 students graduated. The valedictory address was delivered by academic dean Asola Jamir, who encouraged the graduates to seek God’s wisdom in their journey ahead.
Rev. Dr. Viesielie, principal, presented the awards and certificates to the graduates. The ceremony was led by senior lecturer. Mhasilhoubei, and the Seminary Choir captivated the audience with a special song.
Several students received awards for their achievements. Raj Bahadur won the Academic Excellence Award for M. Div, while Vesaprulu secured second place. In B. Th., the Academic Excellence Award went to Razutsa Sapu. Raj Bahadur also received the Best Thesis Award, and R. Rishi Naidu won the Best Term Paper Award in M. Th. Distance Education.
The Practical Ministry Award was given to Jona Basumatary for M. Div and Meyilong Ozukum for B. Th. Van Biak was recognized as the Most Improved Student in M. Div, while L. Rozo received the Best All-Rounder Student Award.
The event concluded with a commissioning prayer led by the principal.
