Noke Wangnao president of NPF(Noke-Kaito) has convened “an emergency meeting” of the party’s Central Executive Council (CEC) on March 31 at 11 a.m. in Nousi Auditorium, Niathu Resort, Chumukedima, Dimapur. Noke has requested members to positively attend the meeting “without fail”.
