First day of the total bandh at Wokha called by Lotha Hoho Joint Action Committee (LHJAC) passed off peacefully on Tuesday. The bandh would continue till February 1, 6pm, informed Lotha Hoho joint secretary Y. Likhao Humtsoe. Further, Lotha Hoho has condemned the state government decision to hold part and partial election process in different districts in the state, stating that “such divisive policy” of the Nagaland government among the Naga people would not be acceptable.
