An Inter Ministerial Central Team (IMCT) would be visiting Nagaland from September 4-7, 2018 to carry out an ‘on-the-spot-assessment’ of the disasters caused by landslides and floods in the State. In a press release, secretary Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), Home department, Rovilatuo Mor, stated that the team would be headed by MHA joint secretary, KB Singh. NSDMA along with DDMAs and officials from all the line departments will take the team to the worst affected areas for assessment of the monsoon damage, Mor informed.
