The department of Sociology in collaboration with IQAC, Sakus Mission College (SMC), organized an inter-departmental paper presentation competition for Honours students on September 8. A press release from SMC stated that altogether five participants took part in the competition. The panel of judges declared Stella Sebu, BA 5th semester, department of Education as the winner and Nikhuli G Zhimo, BA 5th semester, department of Political Science as the runners up. The cash prize was sponsored by the chairman of the college. The organizers expressed gratitude to the management, teaching staff and the participants for their contribution and cooperation.
