Euro International School (EIS), Dimapur celebrated ‘Grandparents Day’ on September 8 at the premises of the school.
A press release from EIS principal Sandeep K Jain stated that on the occasion, a short film about the importance of grandparents in children’s lives was shown to the grandparents in attendance.
The program was followed by various games and activities where the grandparents participated enthusiastically by singing, dancing, reminiscing and sharing memories from their childhoods.
A separate interactive session with the principal of the school, Sandeep K Jain was also organised where they discussed in detail the role of grandparents in effective upbringing of their grand children.
The elderly guests also shared their views on various subjects during the program.
