Governor attends children’s film bonanza

The fourth day of the ongoing Children’s Film Bonanza at State Academy Hall, Kohima was attended by Governor, PB Acharya on October 12.

A DIPR report stated that Acharya and his wife attended the children film festival and watched the screening of ‘Nani Teri Morni’, a movie based on the true story of National Bravery Award winner, Mhonbeni Ezung. Students from  in and around Kohima, from class V to class XII of both government and private schools attended the fourth day of the film fest.

Movies  screened on the fourth day were ‘Nani Teri Morni’ directed by Akash Aditya Lama; ‘Ek Tha Bhujang’ directed by Mohinder  Pratap Singh;  ‘Gattu’ directed by Rajan Khosa; ‘Kima’s Load, beyond the class’ directed by Zuala Chhangte. 

Directorate of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) production’s on Disasters Awareness, Mobile Etiquette, and Rules & Ethics of driving were also screened on the fourth day of film festival. The movies to be screened on October 13 are Nani Teri Morni, Pinti Ka Sabun, Gilli Gilli Atta, Karamati Coat.
