PWD (R&B) Tuensang has cleared the flood damaged roads at Tuensang village which had been blocked by floods since August. The department deployed back-hoes and man power, and in a few days, the road was cleared. This road is the only the life line to Tuensang village and it also the main road that the villagers use to commute in and out of the village.
The Tuensang village K-Khel village council chairman, N. Kaimang Chang has expressed sincere gratitude to E.E. PWD (R&B) Tuensang, Menang Lepden Ao, for helping clear the road. The council has further extended its support and cooperation to the department and hoped that such works for the people would continue in the days to come.
