To avoid delays and inconveniences, the Kohima police have advised travellers taking NH-2 to reschedule their time on December 5, 2018 as Northern Angami Youth Organisation (NAYO) is organising a stone pulling ceremony as part of the ongoing Hornbill Festival celebration from 11am onwards. Kohima Police PRO said the Stone Pulling would proceed towards the NH-2 route from Chiechama to Chiephobozou.
