Sangtamlaru Tsingmujang Dimapur Unit (STDU) has vehemently condemned the “uncivilized acts of arson and wrecking havoc at Sangtamtilla Village” on December 10 by GPRN/NSCN kilonser, Hukato.Condemning the act, STDU general secretary, Lipila Sangtam said the union take strong exception to the manhandling of women and children by the “so called freedom fighters”. STDU said the NPGs should act as guardians of peace and unity and added that such acts carried out for their vested interests to grab land in such barbaric manner should be condemned by every right thinking citizen. Further, STDU urged law enforcing agencies to book the culprits at the earliest adding that nobody should take the law into their own hands.
