Pfutsero Government College (PGC) performed a number of community service activities in and around Pfutsero Town to participate in community building and development.
A press release from PGC mass media committee convenor, Neiko Ritse stated that the department of Economics took TMTHSS as the institute for their extension service.
The department visited the institute on November 9 and introduced the subject of Economics and scope to class 10, 11 and 12 students to draw their interests towards the subject.
The college also carried out a cleanliness drive on November 5 in all Public Community Centres around Pfutsero town to help spread awareness about keeping the town clean.
The NSS unit carried out a cleanliness drive in its adopted Pfutseromi village. The college also adopted Children Home Rukizu, Pfutsero, to strengthen and enhance community involvement.
