Three-day soft skill training got underway at Government Higher Secondary School, Wokha on December 15.
According to DIPR, the training will focus on soft skill to builders and other construction workers, as to how they create interpersonal relations, personality development and how to build relationship with other employees/workers.
ADC, Wokha, Mhathung Tsanglao, while addressing the trainees thanked the department of Labour for organizing the training programme and giving platform to the people of Wokha.
Labour commissioner, Nagaland, Er.L.Nungshi Yanger Aier, while giving a brief activities of the department said, even though the department of Labour is a small department, they have been assisting in giving children scholarship, maternity benefit medical assistance and insurance. He therefore urged the gathering to avail the opportunity.
The function was chaired by join secretary Labour. The programme was organized by Nagaland Building and other Construction Workers, Welfare Board, department of Labour in collaboration with career Bridge Human Capitals Solutions, Gurgaon, Haryana.
