
Naga Peoples Front (NPF) Minority Wing Central and Divisional Team gave relief materials — blankets and food items — to the fire victims of Ura village, Dimapur in the presence of GB Chemri Sangtam and convener of fire affected area, Katila.
A press release by NPF Minority Wing general secretary, Arun Mishra stated that NPF general secretary Central, T. Lotha, who joined the relief camp expressed his sorrow and also appreciated the gesture of NPF Minority Wing Central led by Bishnu Bhattacharjee with the division team for the help rendered towards needy people. John Lotha also encouraged the whole team to continue their works.
The relief program ended with some inspirational words by president NPF Minority Wing Central, Bishnu Bhattacharjee, followed by distribution of blankets, clothes and food items.
The release also added that the GB, chairman and convener of Ura village extended their gratitude to NPF and the team. President, minority wing central, Bishnu Bhattachrjee, also extended gratitude to the villagers, NGOs and civil societies for helping the fire victims. Others who attended the relief work were: GS minority wing central, Prem Meetei Singh, and working president, Sanjay Dey with other office bearers.
