St Xavier’s Catholic Church Kidima (SXCCK) observed Holy Family with the rest of the world at its premises, with Fr. Rajesh, Eden Garden-&-Children’s Home, Khuzama, as the maiden main celebrant on December 30.
A press release by SXCCK media cell, P. Tetpekrovi Kiso stated that father Rajesh, in his introductory speech, asked the faithful how they could grow as a Holy Family like Jesus, Mary and Joseph. He appealed to parents to ensure the spiritual growth of their children.
The priest also gave thanks to God for the blessings received and asked for the grace needed in 2019.
Father Rajesh said that a good family has compassion, kindness, loveliness, neatness, patience and respect for elders.
Franciscan Sisters of Saint Mary of the Angels and others from different parts of the country joined the sacred ceremony.
