Deputy Commissioner Zunheboto, Shanavas C, has informed all landowners and other governmental or non-governmental agencies that under section 9 (2) of the Nagaland Land requisition and acquisition Act 1965 for construction of the two-Lane Chakabama Zunheboto Road (SARDP-NE), to clear/vacate the acquired buildings plantations, fisheries and any other structures on the compensated area within one month from the date of issue of this order.
The DC, through DIPR also stated that after the stipulated date the acquired land will be taken possession of by the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporations Limited (MoRTH) without any further notice.
