NSCN (I-M)’s UT central administrative officer (CAO) has directed closure of shops and other business activities on Sundays “to mark the day as Holy.”
In a press release, UT secretary Ghokuto Chishi warned hotels, lodges and other guest houses to “stop deploying prostitute or practicing immoral activities but rather extend support for the better society.”
The UT authority has also appealed to various NGOs and business community within UT (Dimapur) to cooperate accordingly.
