HTE minister visits Fazl Ali College

Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Temjen Imna Along, visited Fazl Ali College on June 1.
During his maiden visit to the college, he interacted with the faculty and students and inspected the college infrastructure and the laboratories and library. 
On learning that the college had produced toppers in mathematics and geography honours among the graduating batch of 2018, he announced a cash award of Rs. 5000 each to the two toppers (Sentirenla, maths and Sakurepla, geography). 
He also announced that a state-of-the-art washroom for women would be installed in the college soon and encouraged the college regarding Swachh Bharat Abhiyan activities. Among those present during the interaction programme were Imkongwati, president, AKM (Ao Students’ Conference) and officials from the Directorate of Higher Education, Kohima.
