ACRCWA three-day conference concludes

The 56th Annual Conference of the Angami Christian Revival Church Women Association (ACRCWA), which commenced on January 18, culminated on Sunday evening at Chümoukedima Local Ground. The theme for this year’s conference was from Matthew 25:33 “And he shall set the sheep on the right side and the goats on the left.”

The speaker for the morning service, held at 11 am, was the chairperson of the Southern Angami Christian Revival Women Association (SACRWA), Tsovile Sophie, who spoke on the theme of the conference.

Tsovile Sophie, in her message, urged women present in the congregation to transform their families into good institutions and act as shepherds. Dwelling on the role of a righteous woman, she said a good woman could dispel darkness and uphold her family in her prayers. Good women shine wherever they are, Tsovile Sophie added, while calling for every woman to be anointed by the Holy Spirit.

Earlier, the invocation prayer was offered by first secretary of ACRCWA, Asa Yapulie Mere; chairperson of Christian Revival Church, Chumoukedima, Azenuo Thakro read from Scripture; and choral presentations were given by Chumoukedima Town CRC and Gariphema CRC. The service was led by GS ARCWA, Kevi Visielie and the praise and worship was led by ‘The Gospel Bells.’

The valedictory service was held at 3 pm in which evangelist from Northern Angami Christian Revival Women Association (NRCWA), Kekhrievou Yhome was the speaker.
