Petrol prices were cut by up to 11 paise in metro cities while the price of diesel remained unchanged on Sunday. Petrol prices in New Delhi were cut by 10 paise to Rs 10.74 a litre on Sunday, from Rs 70.84 on Saturday.
In Mumbai, petrol prices were slashed by 10 paise to Rs 76.37 per litre on Sunday from Rs 76.47 a litre on Saturday.
Meanwhile, petrol prices in Nagaland’s commercial hub, Dimapur came down by 10 paise from Saturday’s 68.59 to 68.49 per litre.
Prices in the state capital Kohima saw a similar slashing from Saturday’s 69.41 to 69.31 on Sunday. Diesel remained unchanged at 63.22 in Dimapur and 63.84 in Kohima.
