State government has further extended the period of Judicial Inquiry Commission to inquire into January 31, 2017 incident in Dimapur for another one year period from July 29, 2018 to July 28, 2019 for submission of the commission report.
In a notification, the home department stated that the commission should submit the report by the end of extended period. Other terms of reference of the commission would remain the same.
