NSCN (I-M) extends tax holiday for Naga traders

NSCN (I-M) kilo kilonser has announced that the current one year tax holiday accorded to Naga entrepreneurs at the initial year of establishment has been extended to two years with immediate effect.

In a press release, MIP said the kilo kilonser has issued the order after taking due consideration of the interest of Naga entrepreneurs. It, however, cautioned that if anyone was found leasing the name of their business to non-Nagas, the trade license would be cancelled with immediate effect.
Further, NSCN (I-M) announced that agriculture products within local would be tax free except for those exporting outside for commercial purpose.
Kilo kilonser has also cautioned that no ministry/department/agency of GPRN would utilise the services of non-Nagas in collection of tax, adding that “defaulters shall be made strictly accountable.”
