PDCSU office bearers tenure extended

Phek District Co-operative Societies Union (PDCSU) has unanimously extended the tenure of the present office bearers upto 2022, headed by Kekhwengulo Lea as president.

A press release from PDCSU president, Kekhwengulo Lea stated that, this decision was taken during a one-day workshop held in Pfutsero on May 29 under the theme, “Reviving co-operative societies”.

The house seriously viewed on the loan defaulters and resolved to give full co-operation in recovery drive to the Cooperation department and Nagaland State Co-operative Bank.

It resolved that all the registered co-operative society to maintain have working office and activities of the society.      

PDCSU also reiterated the decision for construction of PDSCU office at Phek town and sought contribution of Rs.2000 per registered cooperative societies towards the project.

All the concerned cooperative societies under PDCSU have been requested to submit the same to the area representative or to treasurer PDCSU on or before August 30.
