CCC not to entertain donations

Following complaints that “some fictitious and mendacious persons” were trying to extort the business community in the name of nationalism and under the banner of concocted unions/associations, the Council of Churches Colony (CCC) has henceforth resolved not to entertain any such individual/group (s).
The council has also resolved to not entertain unions/associations/organisations collecting membership fees/donations etc within its jurisdiction.
In a statement, CCC chairperson, Kuholy Chishi said that the decision was taken at its executive meeting on June 2.
In this regard, the council strongly warned all those individuals/groups to stop exploiting and harassing the citizens of the colony with immediate effect.
It also asked the residents to report to the council in case of any such complaints.
