One-day training on HIV and AIDS and syphillis to ANMs was held at conference hall, District Hospital Zunheboto by District AIDS Programme Control Unit, Zunheboto on June 28.
A press release from CMO office Zunheboto district media officer, Shekho Sophie stated that, Dr K.Akaho Sema, deputy CMO, Zunheboto encouraged participants to learn the new facilities and keep updated. Dr. G. Viholi Sema, district tuberculosis officer (DTO), Zunheboto emphasized that ANMs should give equal importance to all kinds of tests. Alotoli, counsellor, MICTC, mentioned that Zunheboto was not behind other districts and has more than 200 registered in ART Zbto. Hokishe Chophy, DPO, DAPCU spoke on goal set by WHO, 90,90,90. HIV/Syphillis test was demonstrated by Vivi Kiba, lab technician MICTC.
