Naga National Council (Parent Body) has clarified that Z. Royim Yimchungrü is not its president and that the latter is a GB and a member of Village Development Board (VDB) member of his native village.
In a press release, NNC (Parent body) Information & Publicity Wing claimed that different regions of NNC denounced Z. Royim Yimchungrü as acting president in the year 2018 as he betrayed NNC.
The release said that Royim’s press statement should not be taken seriously and that he should stop confusing the people.
