Directorate of Higher Education has launched a comprehensive Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for the directorate of higher education and government colleges on July 31, 2019.
In a press release, Higher Education director Dr. I Anungla Aier said that HRMIS system was envisaged to create a detailed, comprehensive digital Database Departmental Employee Information which could be accessed online through the Department’s Official portal https://highereducation.nagaland.gov.in. The director informed that the system would act as the master record of all employees under the directorate and government colleges for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
HRMIS System will provide benefits like Single Repository for Departmental HR Information, Customized Dashboards for Department and Colleges, one-click report generation, 24×7 easy access from remote locations etc. HRMIS System would also empower the department in faster, transparent, efficient HR Management and enable online interactions with the department.
