A community marketing shed at High School Colony, Purana Bazaar that was constructed under RKVY Scheme 2018-2019 was inaugurated by District Agriculture Officer (DAO), Dimapur, Atoi Sema on July 30.
A press release from High School Colony council Purana Bazaar stated that speaking at a brief function organised to mark the inauguration of the market shed, Atoi Sema dedicated the facility to the welfare of the community and urged the local vendors to make good use of it to earn their livelihood. He also encouraged the residents of the colony to promote their marketing shed.
The newly constructed market shed was blessed by pastor of East Dimapur Sumi Baptist Church, Nitoshe K. Zhimo with a prayer while chairman of High School Colony Counci, Purana Bazaar, David Achumi proposed the vote of thanks.
