Reacting to a news item that it had “fully endorsed” Working Committee (WC), Naga National Political Groups (NNPGs), Nagaland Joint Christian Forum (NJCF) has clarified that during its meetings with NSCN (I-M) and WC, NNPGs it had expressed its appreciation to all political groups striving towards a “viable future of our people”.
But, the forum categorically denied of endorsing any particular political group holdings peace talks with Government of India. It added that it had always advocated and stood for unity of all political groups.
NJCF said it prayed for God’s wisdom upon the leaders as they lead the nation in such a “politically volatile” time. This was stated in a press release by forum president Rev Dr Zelhou Keyho.
