NSCN/GPRN (K) while reacting to a news item published under the headline, “Kohima police apprehends extortionist” on October 17, has clarified that the arrested person does not belong to NSCN/GPRN (K).
NSCN/GPRN (K) through its MIP has clarified that Jacob Krocha who was arrested by Kohima police does not belong to its group and has condemned his “shameful action” committed in the name of NSCN (K). MIP has also asked all concern to verify details before issuing any official statement.
