NCA condoles

 The Nagaland Chess Association has expressed grief at the sudden demise of Rtd joint director, rural development Kedizalhou Yano. The association said that he was an ardent pioneer of chess in the state and had served the association as vice president in the mid nineties. He last participated as a player in the 16th Edition of the Nagaland State Chess Championship 2017 and was awarded the ‘Oldest Player of the Championship.’ In a press release by president, NCA, P. Khezhie Yeputhomi and general secretary Hekugha, the association prayed that “God grant him solace and shower his bereaved family with abundant strength during this hour of grief.”
