S&WC department bids farewell to joint director

Department of Soil & Water Conservation (S&WC) organized a farewell program in honor of joint director Kevingutso Rutsa at the Directorate’s conference hall on June 30. 
A ‘reminiscence’ of his career was presented by the Registrar, Tebül Neikha. 
The outgoing officer rendered 32 years of service to the department. Additional Director and Head of Department, Viliehu Nguzhü congratulated him for retiring in good health. He described him as a man of humour and authenticity. He also appreciated the out-going officer for his punctuality and dedication to the department and the farming community. 
Outgoing joint director Kevingutso Rutsa, thanked his colleagues and staff for their moral support, prayer and counsel and for helping him reach his retirement with full satisfaction. 
He advised the gathering that in order to be a good government servant, one should follow three basics — regularity in attending office, sincerity and cooperation.  He also mentioned that good team work and coordination could bring the best solution. 
The program was chaired by deputy director Lochumi Venuh, and vote of thanks was delivered by deputy director Lipokmar.
