Directorate of Health & Family Welfare (DoH&FW) bid farewell to outgoing principal director, Dr. Meguosielie Kire on June 30 at its office premises.
A press release by state IEC bureau DoH&FW stated that, Dr. Meguosielie Kire in his speech thanked all the officers and staff for all the strong support and cooperation rendered to him throughout his service. He also thanked the government for giving him the opportunity to serve the state. Dr. Meguosielie Kire further advised everyone present to develop teamwork as it was the most essential for department’s success. Himato I. Zhimomi commissioner and secretary congratulated and appreciated the outgoing principal director for his active and sincere 35 years of service to the department. He further wished him a productive life ahead. Dr. Vikeyie Losou, the incoming principal director also acknowledged and congratulated the outgoing officer for achieving the superannuation stage in good health and completing his services in the department sincerely and to the best of his ability. The program was chaired by Dr. Vizolie Z. Suokhrie director and a special number was presented by Dr. Viketoulie Pienyu, SMO, SMHI Kohima. Benediction was pronounced by Dr. Ngangshimeren, project director, NSACS.
