Advisor for Tourism, Khehovi Yepthomi and Tourism secretary, T. Mhabemo Yanthan along with officials and the engineering wing of the Directorate of Tourism visited and inspected various work projects under Swadesh Dharshan in Wokha District and Doyang. According to DIPR, they visited Pangti Village to inspect the ongoing work as state will host the Amur Falcons, a migratory bird that comes in millions all the way from Siberia to roost and rejuvenate in that area.
They also visited the developmental ongoing works under the Tourism department at Doyang, works on log huts, cafeteria, water sport area and other recreational activities, in order to cater to tourists to the district, especially in the months of October, November and December when tourists come to watch the Amur Falcons.
