SPC holds 3rd annual science exhibition

Shalom Public School (SPC), Chümoukedima held its 3rd annual science exhibition on February 29, wherein students showcased static and working models which can be used for learning various scientific concepts for children. 

A press release from Shalom Public School headmaster Mhondamo Lotha stated that, the objective of the programme was not only to inculcate a scientific attitude and research-mind but also creating teaching aids. 

Altogether 143 different models were displayed. Parents, staff and students from grade I-VIII took part in this exhibition. Vimetuo of grade IV & Temsukala of grade V, were adjudged as the best model. The event was inaugurated by director Shalom Public School, Merenla Longchar.
