Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) Kohima regional office (consisting of six assembly constituencies) was formally inaugurated by NDPP Nagaland vice president, Menuovilie Kesiezie, at Legacy complex Kohima. The party’s election campaign, within Kohima region, also kicked off Monday.
Retd. chief engineer PHED, Er. Kevisekho Kruse, intending candidate for 8th Western Angami constituency, Er. Zale Neikha, intending candidate of 15th Southern Angami -11, Deo Nukhu, advisor, former parliamentary secretary, Er. Vikho-o Yhoshu, former minister Dr. Nicky Kire, intending candidate of Northern Angami -1, Kekhrie Yhome and vice president NDPP Nagaland, Menuovilie Kesiezie also addressed the gathering.
Earlier, Menuovilie unfurled the party flag. The programme was chaired by Keduolhoulie Huozha working president NDPP Kohima region, welcome address delivered by Avio Tetso, special songs were presented by Mengunuo Zumu and Zevilie Zatsu, while vote of thanks was given by Theyiekielie Tachii advisor NDPP Kohima region.
