
As the nationwide COVID-19 pandemic lockdown continues for over a month, Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) villages and clubs across the state have come forward and offered assistance to those in need.
ARUD: Aghunato Area Union Dimapur (ARUD) handed over grains and essential commodities to to Eastern Sumi Students Union (ESSU) for distribution to students stranded in Dimapur.
Thekrejuma village: Thekrejuma Villagers provided organic vegetables to medical staff of Community Health Centre Medziphema.
Thenyizu village: Different Self Help Groups (SHGs) from Thenyizu village of Phek district under the aegis of NSRLM, BMMU Chetheba block provided organic vegetables and other food items to Chetheba administration.
ANTA Wokha: All Nagaland Taxi Association (ANTA) Wokha Wednesday distributed essential food items to its members, comprising mostly private taxi drivers, here at ANTA Wokha office.
