NSCN (R) has lauded the efforts made by various organizations, Dimapur district administration , police including the business community under Confederation of Nagaland Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CNCCI).
It also appreciated CNCCI, in collaboration with Dimapur business community, for installing
‘Disinfection Chambers’ at the airport, railway station and the two entry gates.
NSCN (R) reminded that Dimapur, being the gateway and the state’s only commercial hub, was the epicentre and any activity happening here would affect every corner of Nagaland. The assistance by CNCCI and business communities despite their businesses and economy being affected by the Lockdown, including responsible officers like Dimapur district COVID-19 in-charge and APC, Kikheto Yepthomi, commissioner of police Rothihu Tetseo, deputy commissioner Anoop Khinchi, besides other forums, unions, churches and frontline workers was commendable and cannot go unnoticed. It therefore urged every single citizen to join hands and to work in unison to thwart any potential threat that this pandemic may cause towards “our” very existence. “Let us all keep the faith and wait upon the Lord that all will be well again,” it said.
