Dy. CM: Deputy chief minister and BLP leader, Y. Patton extended greetings to Sumis on the occasion of Tuluni festival. Patton described Sumis as one of the most vibrant and courageous people among the Naga community who were always in the forefront during difficult times. While wishing the Sumi community on behalf of all the BJP legislators, the deputy chief minister hoped that it would bring forth a stronger bond of friendship and unity.
Sümi Hoho: While extending Tuluni greetings, the Sümi Hoho (SH) urged all its members to observe the festival by staying indoors and practice social distancing with prayers in their own respective homes.
A greetings message by SH media cell, stated that spending time with one’s family on such an occasion embodies the true spirit of the festival and to cherish every minute with loved ones during this festive period. It further asked its members to move forward with a positive attitude and make some good memories during this unprecedented time.
GPRN UT: Caretaker, CAO, UT on behalf of the senior leaders of UT extended greetings to the Sumi community.
A greetings message from GPRN UT secretary, John M. Yim hoped that the festival would bring peace and prosperity in whole Nagalim and continue to strengthen social bonds with other communities as well.
