Taking note of a lot of “adverse comments and trolling” in various social media platforms in connection with the arrest of Hema Chowdhary, Nagaland police Tuesday cautioned that unwarranted comments and trial on social media which could violate the law including the rights of the accused. Taking to Twitter, the Nagaland Police also stated that investigation was an on-going process and the matter was sub judice lying within the jurisdiction of the Court.
