Mopong Hongkong Students Union (MHSU) has extended support to Mopong Hongkong Public Forum (MHPF) decision for reinstating Mopong administrative circle under Tobu sub-division. In a press release, MHSU president, L. Kholee and general secretary, Moba Konyak, reminded the government that the move initiated by MHPF implied people’s “democratic will”.
MHSU said the rights of common people should be justified without any delay adding that the mandate of the people was to reinstate Mopong circle under Tobu Sub-Division.
It reminded that the leaders of Mopong Hongkong on February 4, 2020 reiterated the demand at Commissioner Office. However, MHSU lamented that the government was yet to give any positive response.
