Association of Kohima Municipal Wards Panchayat (AKMWP) has urged the public not to panic but to follow the SOP norms laid by the medical department in order to contain the spread of Covid-19 infection in the state capital.
While updating on day-two of the total lockdown in Kohima, the AKMWP in a press release informed that the day passed of peacefully with no untoward incident reported from any wards and colonies under Kohima municipality.
AKMWP officials also visited Lower Chandmari, Naga Bazar, Dakland, North Block and New Market on Sunday. They had interaction with the ward leaders and appealed for a peaceful friendly enforcement in tune with the SOP guidelines of the government.
