Association of Kohima Municipal Wards Panchayat (AKMWP) informed that the total lockdown passed off peacefully with no untoward incidents being reported from any of the wards in Kohima on day-6.
In a press release, the AKMWP informed that association will have a meeting with the district authority for extension of total lockdown, as the 7 days total lockdown draws to an end on Friday. AKMWP also disbursed the assistance amount granted by Kohima District Task Force to all the 19 wards.
AKMWP further urged all citizens to remain calm and cooperate with respective ward/colony leaders to ensure that each and everyone remains safe.
