
Temporary closure of PMJAY eCard generation on account of COVID-19 has been revoked in the larger interest of the public.
A press release by state health agency (AB-PMJAY),
directorate of Health & Family Welfare stated that public can now check their eligibility and apply for eCard generation at authorised centres including Common Service Centre (CSC)-VLEs, and offices of Clairvoyance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (CTPL)
However, mass registration through BIS drives remain prohibited until further notice and COVID-19 safety precautions have been requested to be maintained during ecard generation. To check eligibility; approach any empaneled government hospitals, and enquire with the Arogya Mitra at the PMJAY helpdesk; common service centre (CSC)s at your locality; go to mera.pmjay.gov.in, enter mobile number and corresponding OTP, search with name and/or given search parameters; download PMJAY app from Google play store. One may also approach any empanelled government hospitals, CSCs or clairvoyance technology offices with the required documents.
Every eligible beneficiary must provide a personal ID proof and a family ID proof for issue of AB-PMJAY eCard. The list of accepted documents are any ID such as; Aadhaar card; voter ID; pan card; any government issued ID.
For valid family ID; ration card or letter from panchayat/village council clearly listing out all members in the household with photos pasted and signed across by chairman panchayat/village council (in the prescribed format available with Arogya Mitra/CSC). RSBY category of beneficiaries, family ID should be scanned together with RSBY card.
