Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) on Thursday undertook a sanitisation drive of the entire Hong Kong Market (Hazi Park) complex, including the footpath areas.
A press release by New Market GB Council (NMGBC) stated that, president of Hazi Park Business Welfare Committee (HPBWC), Hukato V Achumi thanked DMC administrator, Albert Ezung for initiating the sanitisation drive.
New Market GB Council members also assisted DMC sanitation team while disinfecting the area. The markets will be opening on September 4, alternatively as odd and even numbers, where the council also posted serial numbers accordingly.
