Nihokhu marketing shed, supported by NABARD was inaugurated at Nihokhu village, Niuland block, Dimapur by S C Sahoo, DGM, NABARD on December 23.
A press release by NABARD Dimapur manager, A. Malakar stated that, marketing shed was funded by NABARD’s Gramya Vikas Nidhi and nearly 10,000 rural people from around 8 to 10 nearby villages would be benefitted directly and indirectly. It would also give a platform to the rural villagers to come and sell their local produces. Others present at the inauguration were S. Hrangkhol, AGM, NABARD, Rahul Tiwari, DA, NABARD Er. Ahoto Sema, Hd. GB, SE. PWD (R&B) Nagaland, Rev. Luhevi Zhimo, pastor NBC, Dr. Vekuto Muru, VCM and villagers.
