Addressing the gathering, Assumi stated that Nagaland had around three consumer rights societies working for the benefits of consumers and appealed consumer societies to be sincere in protecting consumers and urged them to work to protect the uneducated and consumers who were unaware of rights.
Urging CRO members to retrospect on their achievements in their three years course as consumer society, Assumi requested the organisation not to forget the objective to protect consumers and encouraged all consumer societies to encompass competitive ideas to assist consumers.

The state team monitored and assisted the unit team in all activities in district while the state team was being monitored and assisted by national team.
