ICAR-Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Peren completed Swachhta Pakhwada celebration from December 16 to 31. A press release from ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Jalukie, Peren, i/c programme coordinator, KVK Peren, Dr. L. Babita Devi stated that the programme was organised and conducted by KVK staff with active participation of local farmers/ youth and farm women of Peren district.
Various activities like display of banner and taking Swachhta pledge, cleanliness and sanitation drive, stock maintenance, awareness on importance of water harvesting, etc were conducted.
Participants also shared their experiences and gave feedback.
