The chief electoral officer (CEO) Nagaland Abhijit Sinha has informed that the total electors in the State as per the final published roll stood at 12,35,839 (622877 male and 612962 female), which includes a total of 1228087 general electors (615208 male and 612879 female) and 7752 service electors (7669 male and 83 female).
He said that the final electoral roll with reference to January 1, 2021 as the qualifying date was prepared and published on January 15, by the respective electoral registration officer of all districts. CEO has informed that the final electoral roll could be inspected in the office of the concerned electoral registration officer during office hours or can be accessed at the CEO Nagaland website at ceo.nagaland.gov.in.
